Wuho Children's Privacy Policy
Last Revised Date: 2025,12,16
Minors Protection
Wuho's services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact zhangxiaow@longbow.online. Once we confirm that a minor's data has been collected, we will cease processing and promptly delete the information.
1. Handling of Minors' Personal Information
Wuho's products, websites, and services are designed primarily for adults. Minors may not create Wuho accounts or provide personal information without prior, verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. For any personal data collected with such consent, we use or disclose the information only when:
- Required by applicable laws and regulations.
- Authorized explicitly in writing by the parent or legal guardian.
- Necessary to protect the minor's safety, health, or vital interests.
Definitions of "minor" may vary by jurisdiction; Wuho treats anyone under 18 as a minor. If we discover that we have collected personal information from minors without verifiable parental consent, we will immediately delete the relevant data.
2. Content Moderation and Behavior Oversight
Wuho uses a dual review system that combines AI and manual review to block content harmful to minors, including but not limited to:
- Pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise age-inappropriate material.
- Content that targets minors for harassment, bullying, sexual innuendo, or other illegal activities.
When illegal or violative content is identified, we will promptly remove it, suspend or permanently ban the associated account, and notify relevant authorities if required.
3. Reporting and Feedback Channels
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the following channel:
- Email: zhangxiaow@longbow.online
We commit to responding to reports within 24 hours and will apply appropriate actions—such as content removal or account restrictions—after verifying a violation.
4. Violation Handling and Penalties
Users who violate this Minors Protection Policy may face the following consequences:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of their Wuho account.
- Removal of violating content and notification to affected parties, including the minor and their guardian.
- Permanent ban from all Wuho services.
- Potential legal liability when behavior constitutes a criminal offense or violates civil laws.
5. Policy Updates and Notifications
Wuho will review and update this Children's Privacy Policy to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or platform operations. Users will be notified of updates through in-app notifications and must reconfirm acceptance before continuing to use Wuho services.
